Our Fee

Professional fees cover all work to be done on your application, they are a reflection of the time the work takes and our skill and expertise in immigration law. Our fees are different to the Immigration New Zealand fee, which is a processing fee set by the Government. Our costs will vary depending on the complexity of the case. The costs below are intended as a guide based on the average case. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all fees are to be paid in advance, or as otherwise set out in the written agreement. Please contact us for a quote for your individual immigration.

General work and Consultations

• All enquiries are free. There is no charge for preliminary information gathering, no advice given.

• To make consultations meaningful, we generally request your documentation to be sent to us first. After an assessment, we would then book an online/face-to-face consultation. These usually start from $150 for 30 minutes. A written letter of advice is provided after the consultation providing you clear next steps..

• General work, which is anything not included as a set fee, listed below or agreed between us is charged out at our standard hourly rate which is currently $150 per hour.

The prices in this table are to be used a guide only, different situations may alter the actual cost of the work to be done. Note that our professional fees do not include the INZ / Home Affairs fee, which is a separate fee charged at the time of application.

• Visitor Visas- $850 to $1,650 (onshore or offshore, complexity, etc)

• Student Visa - Fee Paying Student- $800 to $1,500 (onshore or offshore, complexity)

• Dependent Child Student Visa - $800

• Accredited Employer Work Visa - $1,300 to $2,500

• Post-Study Work Visa - $700

• Residence Class Visa (Single Applicant) - SMC, STR, WTR - $2,850 to $3,800

• Partnership Residence - $2500 to $2800

• Partnership Work Visas $1,500 to $2,000

• Entrepreneur Work - Pricing on assessment

• Permanent Residence - $500 + $100 for each additional applicant

• Variation of Conditions - $500

• Job Change- $750

Secondary Applicants in Residence Applications

• Include Partner $1,000

• Include Dependent Child $250 each child

Employer Services

• Employer Accreditation - $950

• Job Check - $1,400

• Accreditation Renewals - $1,500

Disbursements (eg. INZ Fee) are not included in our fees and are to be paid separately.
